Lesson 2

After waiting for 13 hours, I am finally allowed to start lesson 2. This is interesting as I was left to wait and to explore the forums to read articles and comments by the people including students.

There are 8 exercises altogether. The first four seems to be similar to those exercised I did in lesson 1. Although the next four exercises are new, but they seem to be related to the figurative codes.

Anyway, I did not get to read the lesson and do the exercise as the family went out to visit the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum at New Bridge Road, followed by Suntec City where we visited the China - Singapore Religious and Cultural Exhibition 2009 and the last day of Bookfest. The good thing is that I managed to read few pages from the GMS manual while I was in the train and the bus during the travel.

Although I came back late and felt quite tired, I still managed to complete the first two exercises on Chain method and Russian Doll method. I wanted to complete the next two on Cicero and Free Association, but my mind could not be asked to compromise anymore. Apparently, the mind has to be fresh to work, to concentrate and to memorize
properly.

The remaining lesson and exercises have to wait until tomorrow as I have to call it a day for now.
