I stumbled across this website called School of Phenomenal Memory few years back when I was researching websites and products related to memory improvement. Reading through the introduction it appeared that the methodology was quite different and the results were quite extraordinary. I did not sign up immediately as the price was a bit hefty and they offered free manual download. I thought I would be able to understand the method by just reading through the manual. After downloaded the manual, printed out and left it in my bookshelf, I conveniently forgot about it. Rediscovered the printouts few times, but I just did not have the time to read as it is a thick manual with more than 160 pages in small fonts.
Finally, today I thought I wanted to revisit the website and signed up for the course just to try out and to improve my memory at the same time.
There are 60 lessons altogether. Reading through lesson one immediately after singing up, I realized it is a no nonsense training. There are texts to read and exercises to do and follow before we can move on to the next lesson.
It is really a different training method that made me restart my brain training although I have always thought I had known all the methods.
Through this blog, I intend to record my progress in following the lessons offered by the School of Phenomenal Memory.
