Yesterday we went out quite early to the Wild Wild Wet. It is a water amusement park located in the eastern side of Singapore. It was quite convenient to reach as it took us only 30 minutes to reach there by bus. The children played happily and refused to come out at about 3pm. After much persuasion, we managed to reach back home after 5pm. I had a cold in the evening, maybe due to the sun and water. I guess it was more due to my body's lack of rest.
When I was there, I tried to run through the figurative code exercises. It was not easy as there were so many distractions. I tried to concentrate but the brain just refused to cooperate.
Lesson 8 discusses about psycho-technical exercises that help the memory process. There are various techniques introduced including few such as relaxation and other attention and thinking training.
At the year 2009 comes to close, I still could not finish lesson 8 on time. I spent most afternoon sleeping to recover from the heavy cold I caught since last night. It felt as if this is the longest lesson in the course.
