Lesson 5

After an intensive 4 days of memory exercises, my mind felt a bit saturated with the information. I think the reason could also be attributed to the incoming festive season, Xmas tomorrow and New Year the week after. The mind cannot be asked for cooperation easily now as it is in "holiday" mode now. This brought me to realization why there has to be a limit of one lesson per day to prevent any saturation.

Lesson 5 started with further explanations about creation of associations. Reading through some theory at the beginning of the lesson, I continued with the first exercise. It was a very long one with 75 items to memorize divided into 8 group of images to be attached onto the Cicero support images. It took me almost the whole day to complete just this one exercise alone.

Anyway, tonight is Xmas eve and I would call it a day. We shall continue tomorrow.
